Diverted and Canceled Flights Policy:
Our dispatchers and drivers monitor closely all the flights and we acknowledge that different changes may come up during our passengers’ trips. Please announce our office with regard to any flight cancellation or major flight changes, as soon as you are aware of it. The trips will be charged fully if the airplanes depart their original location.
In case of diverted flights, waiting time charges and other applicable extra charges may be applicable, upon completion of the trip.
If the landing location is changed from the original one, the trip is been recalculated upon the actual changes.
Holidays Charge:
There is a $35 charge for any reservation on major Holidays, such as Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Easter Day, New Year’s Eve, January 1st of each year, Thanksgiving, and 4th of July.
Night Charge:
There is an extra $20 charge for reservation between midnight and 4:59 AM.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations may be canceled 6 hours before the pick up time, at no charge. Cancelations on location or without the showing of the passenger are going to be charged at full price.
The above terms are to be updated upon the applicable circumstances of each trip. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any further questions.
