Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations & Changes

All cancellations and changes must be called in directly to our office.

Sedan Cancellation Policy

Sedan cancellations are subject to the following advance notice requirements:

• —Pickups within Fairfield County and Westchester County: minimum 3 hours prior to scheduled pickup time.
• —Pickups in NYC and Airports: minimum 5 hours in advance.

All late cancellations, no-shows, and cancellations on location are subject to a full charge plus applicable tolls, parking, and/or wait time.

SUV, Van & Minivan Cancellations

All SUV, van, and minivan cancellations must be announced a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Cancellation fees apply accordingly beyond this time limit.

Stretch Limousines & Luxury Vehicles

Stretch limousines, party buses, limo-buses, hummers, and other luxury vehicles are charged in full 4 weeks prior to the trip and are non-refundable.

Liability & Conduct

• —The company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
• —The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.
• —A fee of $100.00 applies for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is $250.00.
• —Alcohol consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid by the customer.
• —The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s).
• —It is illegal to stand through the sunroof.
• —Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines and is left to the discretion of the driver.

Overtime & Wait Time

Full overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes beyond the prearranged time described on the run sheet. Thereafter, waiting time is calculated in 15-minute intervals by prorating the current hourly rate for the vehicle type requested.

Train & Private Jet Pickups

Train schedules and private jets cannot be monitored. Billing begins at the scheduled pickup time regardless of delays.

Winter Road Conditions

NSA Limousine is not responsible for delays or termination of service caused by unsafe road conditions in winter, including unsalted roads, accidents, or other hazardous conditions.

Lost Articles

NSA Limousine is not responsible for articles left in any vehicle.

Payment

Payment information must be submitted prior to service. The company reserves its right to cancel any reservation for which payment information has not been provided.

Vehicle Capacity

Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond their seating capacity.

• —The driver has the right to refuse any overload and terminate the run on location if no agreement is reached. The ride is charged as a cancellation on location.
• —An additional charge applies if a second vehicle or a larger vehicle is needed to accommodate an overload.
• —Any damage caused by attempts to overload the vehicle will be paid by the customer.

Diverted Flights

If for any reason a flight is diverted to a different location, cancellation and/or waiting time applies subject to the updated arrival time provided by the airline.

We do not abandon our customers. The driver will wait until notification from the customer and/or office authorization to either cancel the trip or continue waiting until the customer arrives.

• —Full charge of trip applies if the trip is cancelled on location.
• —Full charge plus wait time applies if the driver is to wait at the airport until the flight is redirected to its original destination.

Force Majeure

NSA Limousine reserves its right to cancel any reservation due to dangerous weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Airport Pickup Wait Policy

Wait charges begin at the official flight arrival time and end half an hour or more after the final dropoff. Final adjustments are made at the end of the ride.

Tolls

Our total rates include the base fare (point-to-point rate), gratuity, tolls, and any additional charges incurred in accordance with NSA Limousine current rates at the time services are rendered.

Tolls are estimated per round-trip point-to-point value and carry a fixed rate.
